AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Conditions and all policies and additional terms (if applicable) posted on our website set out the terms on which we offer you access to and use of our website and services.

By accessing, registering and/or continuing to use and purchase our products, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use and Conditions with immediate effect.

We reserve the right to introduce new terms and update or withdraw any of our terms and conditions in our sole discretion, and we will not be liable to you for exercising this discretion.

 

ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

In order to register to our website, you will need to provide us with certain information. Your registration to the website may not be accepted if you do not provide us with the required information. We reserve the right to decline any registration without further explanation. We reserve the right to undertake such checks as are necessary to verify your identity.

 

YOUR OBLIGATIONS 

When using or accessing our Services, you agree that you will provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your use of the services as required by us.

 

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS 

        •   To proceed with your purchase order using our website, you agree to accept below requirements:

                         » Minimum order of AED 500 (VAT exclusive) + shipping cost (if applicable)

                         » Lower than AED 500 can only choose pick-up to our store option

                         » Purchase order with total amount of AED 1000 (vat exclusive) will be automatically FREE shipping or delivery.

•   We only accept the Cash on Delivery payment and you accept to pay the exact amount only with our courier partner or delivery personnel.

•   Visa payment is only accepted if you choose the option "Pick-up at our store" upon check out.

•   You agree to provide your time of availability once the items are ready for delivery on your accurate address and information given to us.

•   Value Added Tax 5% will be added to the price of your total purchases plus the shipping cost (if applicable).

•   All time payment must be in AED or Dirhams only.

•   You agree to pay all charges at the prices for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to deduct the VAT and delivery fees (if applicable) upon your order cancellation or returned items based on your purchase.

 

WARRANTY, RETURN AND REFUND

Al Masah Crystal warranty policy helps you stay covered in case of defects in material, design and workmanship after purchase of the product.    

We are liable on changing and/or replacing the product if the products are:

•   Unopened items sold with damage carton.

•   If you received a proven damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item or different model with same price (upon your approval).

•   If your item can't be repaired and you decline accepting the replacement or the replacement isn't available, you will be refunded in full amount VAT exclusive.

•   Refund usually took in about 2-3 weeks after we receive the products on its original cartons and in complete set.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

•   Delivery dates are estimated. In order for us to fulfill your order you must provide your complete, current and correct delivery address.

•   We offer free pick-up at our store.

•   Total amount of AED 1,000 purchase (VAT exclusive) will be automatically FREE shipping or delivery cost while lower than AED 500 purchase (VAT exclusive) will only applicable for pick-up at our store.
